Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
• After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, you may cancel it by refusing delivery at the time of arrival.
• Combo Packs: For combo pack orders, cancelling any item within the pack will require cancelling the entire combo or the whole order.
• Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.
