Return Requests for Defective Delivery

Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product for reasons such as:

• Damaged product
• Missing items
• Incorrect, expired, or empty product

Refund Conditions: Refunds are issued only if products are returned in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

General Returns

• Return Request Period: Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for reasons other than defect or damage.
• Refund Deduction: For non-damaged returns, an INR 99 deduction will apply, while replacements incur an INR 99 re-shipping fee.
• Return Conditions: Products must remain in their original packaging, untampered, with intact security seals and barcodes.

Note: Combo packs must be returned in their entirety; individual items within a combo cannot be returned separately.

Non-Returnable Cases: Return requests will not be accepted for products showing signs of misuse, use, or missing original packaging, or if requests are made beyond the designated return window.

Return or Exchange Process

1. To initiate a return or exchange:

   1. Contact us at atomicpharmacyvns@gmail.com or call +91 7310101553 (24 Hours, Mon–Sun) within 5 days of receiving your order.

   2. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests. This video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition, the product received, and any issues or defects.

   3. Customers are required to send the product to our warehouse. If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product, they must ship it to the following address at their own expense:

   4. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and verified.

For COD orders, bank details are required for refunds, which may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.

Refund Processing

• Refund Timelines: Refunds are initiated within 2-4 business days after receipt and verification at our warehouse and are credited within 5-7 business days.
• Additional Processing Time: Please allow additional time depending on your bank’s policies.

Additional Information

• Exchange Fees: An INR 99 fee applies for shipping and pickup for exchanges.
• Refund Deductions: For non-damaged returns, INR 99 will be deducted from the total refund amount. For damaged returns, a deduction will be based on the product’s price.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Lost or damaged returns are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
