Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
• After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, you may cancel it by refusing delivery at the time of arrival.
• Combo Packs: For combo pack orders, cancelling any item within the pack will require cancelling the entire combo or the whole order.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. Refund timelines depend on the mode of payment, as mentioned below:
    - For payments made via UPI, refunds are processed instantly.
    - For any other payment methods, refunds may take 7-10 working days.
